Dear Friend

If you are reading this, you are one of the select few who have chosen to chart the course of your own life. You have made the decision to take back the control over your body, your health and your life.

The truth is that many people wish they could have a beautiful body, but wishes seldom come true. You on the other hand are at the point where you have made the conscious decision to create a lean sexy physique. Let me warn you; without a critical piece of information the journey will be a hard one. The key component to actualizing a beautiful, healthy body begins in one place the mind, unless you are able to harness it’s power, you will find yourself caught in a cyclical struggle losing and gaining weight, much like a hamster running on a wheel.

Like you, I have struggled with weight my whole life. My parents divorced when I was 10, the trauma of their separation caused my weight to balloon up to a whopping 150lbs at the young age of 12. By the time I reached high school I weighed upwards of 200lbs, finally hitting the 270 mark in my first year of college. Though I acted as if everything was all right, the truth was that I was hurting inside. My rocky home life had caused me to eat the hurt away, consoling myself in the warmth of a pizza pie or a box of donuts. Finally weeks after my 23rd birthday I finally hit rock bottom. I was living in a tiny basement apartment with my mother, far away from all of my friends; I had dropped out of school, broken up with my girlfriend and now weighed an excess of 275lbs.

Faced with the decision to except my life as an overweight loser or take action and change my course, I gathered my courage and the little money I was had and signed up to a gym. The plan was to exercise each day before work for 2 hours until I was finally in the shaped I wanted to be in, full of motivation and my previous understanding of exercise I went to work. Lifting weights every day for hours on end, and doing endless bouts of cardio did it work?

No.

Sure I lost a few pounds, but after all my work I was far from the cover boys I had seen on men’s fitness magazines. I was merely a smaller condensed version of my former self. Looking back what I was missing, the key component to an extraordinary transformation was knowledge. Though I was exercising, my diet still consisted of fast food and my workouts had no purpose, now disappointed and frustrated I convinced myself that I was destined for failure.

What I know now is that I was missing several key components; I had not crossed what Fitness guru Bill Phillips calls the abyss. My problems were that I thought I knew about the human body, how to eat properly and how to exercise, but I didn’t.

The truth was that the exercises that I knew were beneficial from a bodybuilder’s perspective; my eating habits were good from a power lifters perspective. All my prior knowledge was worthless for someone looking to lose weight.

If you can imagine body transformation as planning a road trip to Cancun you become aware that you must have the correct directions so that you don’t get lost. In my case my intentions were right, I wanted to get in shape, unfortunately the old exercise techniques I was using were not optimal, my map of wasn’t right.

Aside from the poor exercises I was choosing, my nutritional habits were also keeping me from my goal. My nightly trip to the Golden Arches was keeping me from actualizing my target of a leaner beautiful body. If I were to be perfectly honest with myself, the sad truth was; as much as I said I wanted to lose weight, I hadn’t mentally committed to it.

So here I was standing at the end of the cliff, yet unable able to make the leap. If you are like I was; until you are able to make the mental leap you will forever be standing at the edge of your cliff, afraid of what lays beneath. The question is how do you make the jump, how do you go from a person who is merely existing in their current body to someone who is enjoying life, thriving in their beautiful body?I am about to share that with you.

I know you are excited about learning the secrets behind extraordinary fat loss, and for a good reason.
